The Build — Week 7: Relationships & Boundaries
This week is about strengthening your relationships while protecting your growth.
You have built discipline, clarity, and identity.
Now, you must learn how to live that out around other people.
Because your relationships will either support your growth—or slowly pull you away from it.
Scripture
1 Corinthians 15:33
“Do not be deceived: ‘Bad company ruins good morals.’”
Who you spend time with matters.
What you allow in your relationships shapes your thoughts, your habits, and your direction.

Reflection
Answer this honestly:
Which relationships in my life are helping me grow?
Which ones are pulling me away from consistency or peace?
Where do I need stronger boundaries?
Am I afraid to protect my time and energy?
Reminder
You can care about people without letting them control your direction.
You can love others without losing your focus.
Healthy boundaries are not selfish—they are necessary.
Protect what you are building.
