The Build — Week 4: Take Ownership
This week is about becoming the kind of woman who lives with intention, consistency, and responsibility.
You have built discipline.
You have created clarity.
You have practiced steadiness.
Now, you take ownership.
Growth becomes lasting when it is no longer something you try to do—it becomes part of who you are.
Scripture
Colossians 3:23
“Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men.”
Your life is not random.
Your actions are not small.
How you live—daily, quietly, consistently—matters.
Weekly Focus
- Take responsibility for your growth
- Stop waiting for motivation or ideal conditions
- Act with intention in your daily decisions
- Live with purpose instead of reacting to circumstances
Daily Structure
Morning (Start with intention):
- Spend time with God
- Set your priorities for the day
- Remind yourself: “I am responsible for how I show up today.”
During the Day:
- Make decisions intentionally, not passively
- Take ownership of your responsibilities
- Stay aligned with what matters most
Evening (Evaluate honestly):
- Did I take ownership of my day?
- Where did I avoid responsibility?
- What will I do differently tomorrow?
Key Actions This Week
- Make one intentional decision each day
- Follow through on what you commit to
- Stop delaying actions you know you should take
- Take responsibility for your time and energy
- Act with purpose, even in small moments
Reflection
Answer this honestly:
Where have I been passive instead of intentional?
Am I waiting for motivation instead of choosing action?
What areas of my life require more ownership?
What would change if I fully took responsibility for my growth?
Reminder
You are not waiting for change.
You are choosing it.
Growth is not something that happens to you.
It is something you build, day by day.
