Vine Build – Week 8

The Build — Week 8: Steward Your Time

This week is about using your time intentionally and aligning your daily life with what matters most.

You have built discipline, clarity, and identity.

Now you must learn how to manage your time in a way that reflects your priorities.

Because growth does not happen randomly—it happens when you consistently invest your time where it matters.

Scripture

Ephesians 5:15–16
“Look carefully then how you walk, not as unwise but as wise, making the best use of the time, because the days are evil.”

Time is not something to fill—it is something to steward.

This week, you begin using your time with intention.

Weekly Focus

  • Become aware of how you are currently using your time
  • Align your schedule with your priorities
  • Reduce wasted or distracted time
  • Make intentional choices about where your energy goes

Daily Structure

Morning (Set direction):

  • Spend time with God
  • Write down your top 1–3 priorities for the day
  • Decide how you will use your time intentionally

During the Day:

  • Stay focused on your priorities
  • Limit distractions (phone, media, unnecessary tasks)
  • Pause and realign if your day begins to drift

Evening (Evaluate honestly):

  • Did I use my time well today?
  • Where did I waste time?
  • What will I adjust tomorrow?

Key Actions This Week

  • Track how you spend your time for at least one full day
  • Eliminate or reduce one time-wasting habit
  • Schedule your most important tasks first
  • Create simple structure in your day (morning, afternoon, evening)
  • Say no to things that do not align with your priorities

Reflection

Answer this honestly:

Where is my time currently going?

Am I using my time in a way that reflects what I say matters?

What habits are wasting my time or energy?

What changes would help me become more intentional with my time?

Reminder

You cannot do everything.

But you can do what matters.

Time is one of the greatest gifts you have been given.

Use it with purpose.
