What Is Truth?

In a confused age, Christians must recover confidence in truth. Scripture does not treat truth as flexible, personal, or culturally negotiable. God is true, Christ is the truth, and God’s Word is truth. That means the Christian does not determine truth by emotion, popularity, political pressure, or social trends. We submit to what God has spoken. This does not make believers arrogant; it should make us humble. We did not create truth. We received it. Therefore, we speak truth with grace and live truth with intentionality. When truth is separated from love, it can become harsh. When love is separated from truth, it becomes sentimental and dangerous. Biblical faithfulness requires both.
