Failure can either humble a man or harden him. The worst response is hiding, blame-shifting, or quitting. Scripture calls men to confess sin honestly and return to the Lord. Grace does not erase responsibility, but it does offer real forgiveness and restoration in Christ. Depending on the failure, a man may need to seek forgiveness, rebuild trust, make restitution, and invite accountability. But he should not confuse conviction with condemnation. In Christ, failure is not the final word. Get up, repent, and walk faithfully.
