What Forge Is

Forge is not simply another course. It is an ongoing formation path for Christian men who want to lead faithfully, remain accountable, stand firm under pressure, and strengthen other men.

You are here to be sharpened, strengthened, and sent forward with greater responsibility.

Your First Steps

  1. Read this Start Here page fully.
  2. Complete and print your Forge Covenant.
  3. Open the Forge Dashboard.
  4. Begin Month 1 — Leadership Foundation.
  5. Complete the Leadership Mission before moving forward.

How Forge Works

  • Each month includes focused leadership training.
  • Each month includes reflection and reset work.
  • Each month includes a practical mission.
  • Forge requires honesty, consistency, and accountability.
  • The goal is not completion alone. The goal is formation.

Brotherhood Expectations

Forge men do not walk alone. Brotherhood requires humility, honesty, correction, prayer, encouragement, and faithful presence.

  • Reject isolation.
  • Ask for accountability.
  • Encourage other men.
  • Receive correction with humility.
  • Stand firm when pressure rises.
  • Strengthen others instead of drifting alone.

Begin Month 1

Your first Forge focus is leadership. Begin with Month 1 — Leadership Foundation and work through each lesson slowly and intentionally.

Identify one responsibility you have avoided and take ownership of it this week without excuses.
