What? Federally Funded Covid Testing Facility Denies Candace Owens Service
From an outsider’s view of the following situation, I would think that the left would be outraged if a “woman of color” was denied COVID testing.
We hear it, almost daily, that this group has a higher death rate than the general population, so denying this woman a COVID-19 test, was in effect, medical malpractice.
The woman happened to be Candace Owens. A popular conservative political pundit whose videos garner millions of views annually on the Daily Wire and PragerU.
In spite of the left’s insistence on testing, testing, getting vaccinated, and testing, this Covid testing facility in Aspen denied Candace Owens service because she ‘spread misinformation, discouraged wearing of masks and dissuaded people from taking the Covid vaccine.’
This was wrong and for most of the population would have gone publically unnoticed, but not with Candice.
Owens posted the screenshots of the emails to her social media Wednesday night.
“I’ve just learned of this testing request and as the owner of this business am going to refuse this booking and deny service,” an email to Candace Owens from Rocky Mountain Labs read. “We cannot support anyone who has proactively worked to make this pandemic worse by spreading misinformation, politicizing and DISCOURAGING the wearing of masks and actively dissuading people from receiving life-saving vaccinations.”
The email continued, “My team and myself have worked overtime, to exhaustion, unpaid and underpaid this past year, spending our own capital to ensure that our community remains protected. It would be unfair to them and to the sacrifices we have all made this year to serve you.”

Later Candice tweeted again:
UPDATE. It turns out the facility that rejected my ability to take a Covid test receives both state and federal funding.
So no— she had NO RIGHT to deny me a covid test when my taxes go toward her operationsThis situation is currently being escalated to the HHS.

If this was a liberal like CNN’s host Don Lemon, the left would be crying out that his “Civil Rights” were violated, the clinic employee is a racist ETC.
Not a big deal in the end, but it is emblematic of maverick SJW employees across the US who try to enforce their progressive hatred, even when working for a government-funded company.
