Trump Visits East Palestine, While Biden Visits Ukraine, Pete Buttigieg Finally Shows

In 2020 the consensus on the left was former President Donald J. Trump’s strong personality divided people based on their political affiliation and worldview overall so the Democratic Party nominated “grandpa” Joe Biden whom they insisted could bring the nation back together again.

In spite of not being able to campaign too far from his home in Deleware, Joe was chosen to run against the sitting Chief Executive Officer.

Following Biden’s surprising and highly contested victory, his handlers have limited the declining 80-year-old’s exposure to the media. In addition, the actually angry old grandpa has whispered, mumbled, and snapped at people throughout his first 2 years in office.

The members of the Biden administration were assembled to be the most diverse in US history, not necessarily the most qualified or prepared to go to work on day one.

Trump, on the other hand, surrounds himself with competent people and continues to make public appearances. His ability to connect with nearly anyone and his concern for all Americans has won him the supporters of tens of millions of people, many of whom are part of his MAGA movement.

As President Biden mumbled incoherent speeches in Europe over the past week, former President Donald Trump visited East Palestine, Ohio, pledging that the people there and in the surrounding areas will not be forgotten in the wake of the train derailment that occurred earlier this month.

Some of the train cars were carrying hazardous materials, and in the aftermath of the wreck, a controlled burn of vinyl chloride from several cars was carried out.

Mr. Trump called out Biden and Department of Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg for not visiting the area and for their overall poor handling of the train wreck and the ongoing ecological concerns of many bewildered local residents.

The former president posted a video on Truth Social indicating that he is donating “thousands” of water bottles, “Trump water actually, most of it.”

The Associated Press reported that before departing, Trump went to a Mcdonald’s where he gave away hats, ordered food for first responders, and got some food for the flight home.

“Thank you for not forgetting about us,” a woman told Trump, according to the outlet.

Trump’s visit to the area came after President Joe Biden, who has yet to visit the region, had recently visited the war-torn nation of Ukraine, which has been striving to defend itself against a Russian invasion since last year.

The former president also stated that Buttigieg, who has yet to even step foot in East Palestine, “should have been here a long time ago.”

After being asked to respond to Buttigieg blaming him for the train derailment by falsely claiming a proposed rule on ECP brakes that was withdrawn in 2018 had something to do with the disaster in East Palestine, Trump said, “It had nothing to do with it.”

The 45th president added that Buttigieg really needs to “look at the airports, because I have people that are taking planes, and they’re delayed. They’re waiting in an airport for three days. It’s crazy what’s happening.”

Buttigieg appeared to try to minimize the train disaster in East Palestine and is visiting East Palestine today, one day after Trump’s visit to the affected area.

“While this horrible situation has gotten a particularly high amount of attention, there are roughly 1,000 cases a year of a train derailing,” the Transportation Secretary said.

Norfolk Southern President and CEO Alan Shaw have pledged to the East Palestine community that the company “will stay here for as long as it takes to ensure your safety and to help East Palestine recover and thrive.”
