Trump Investigated For Espionage Act Violations; Trump And Kash Patel Says Docs Were Declassified

The dust is settling on the newest witch hunt as the left is targeting former President Donald J. Trump, once more.

In spite of the media’s initial fake news stories insisting Trump was planning on using nuclear paperwork for nefarious reasons, the newest leaks from Politico and other outlets are reporting the DOJ is looking at possibly bringing charges of obstruction of justice and Espionage Act violations.

This is according to the unsealed warrant for the unprecedented FBI raid of his Mar-a-Lago home.

The search warrant unsealed Friday afternoon cited 18 U.S. Code 793 (part of the Espionage Act) related to “gathering, transmitting, or losing defense information.”

The warrant also pointed to 18 U.S. Code 2071 on “concealment, removal, or mutilation generally” and 18 U.S. Code 1519 on “destruction, alteration, or falsification of records in Federal investigations and bankruptcy.”

Magistrate Judge Bruce Reinhart ordered the warrant to be unsealed following Trump not objecting to the DOJ’s request.

Trump spokesman Taylor Budowich said: “The Biden administration is in obvious damage control after their botched raid where they seized the President’s picture books, a ‘handwritten note,’ and declassified documents.” He called it “outrageous.”

Attorney General Merrick Garland said Thursday that he “personally approved the decision to seek a search warrant in this matter.”

He also announced that the DOJ requested permission from the federal court to unseal the court-approved search warrant that authorized its raid.

“The public’s clear and powerful interest in understanding what occurred under these circumstances weighs heavily in favor of unsealing,” the DOJ said in its court filing.

On Friday, Trump pushed back on reports the FBI recovered 11 sets of classified information from Mar-a-Lago, saying that before leaving office, he “declassified“ everything.

“Number one, it was all declassified. Number two, they didn’t need to ‘seize’ anything,” Trump said on Truth Social, his social media website. “They could have had it anytime they wanted without playing politics and breaking into Mar-a-Lago. It was in secured storage, with an additional lock put on as per their request.”

Kash Patel who served as chief of staff to the Acting United States Secretary of Defense under President Donald Trump told Fox News that the documents were already declassified.

Former Secretary of State Crooked Hillary Clinton was also investigated under 18 U.S.C. 793, whose statute cites “gross negligence.”

Former and fired FBI Director James Comey covered for Clinton in July 2016 during the infamous press conference; “ although we did not find clear evidence that Secretary Clinton or her colleagues intended to violate laws governing the handling of classified information, there is evidence that they were extremely careless in their handling of very sensitive, highly classified information.”

In what has already been said thousands of times over years, this latest witch hunt confirms there is no longer equal justice under the law in the United States, instead a Banana Republic government in charge using a 2-tier legal system to punish political adversaries.

The top officials at the DOJ, FBI, and CIA must all be fired, with lie detection tests given to everyone in the lower ranks.

Then all 3 institutions broke up significantly reducing their power and influence.
