RED WAVE – 1+ Million Voters Switched To GOP Over Last 12 Months
As a majority of Americans fight on, trying to financially stay afloat under the disastrous policies of the mentally declining President Joe Biden, a huge number of Democrats and independents have switched back to or joined the GOP for the first time.
A massive wave of voters who voted for President Joe Biden are having buyer’s remorse, driving them back to the GOP, a voter registration analysis released Monday shows.
More than one million voters across 43 states have switched to the Republican Party in the past 12 months alone, ballot intentions compiled by the Associated Press (AP) shows.
“A political shift is beginning to take hold across the U.S. as tens of thousands of suburban swing voters who helped fuel the Democratic Party’s gains in recent years are becoming Republicans,” the Associated Press reported.
“More than 1 million voters across 43 states have switched to the Republican Party over the last year, according to voter registration data analyzed by The Associated Press. The previously unreported number reflects a phenomenon that is playing out in virtually every region of the country — Democratic and Republican states along with cities and small towns — in the period since President Joe Biden replaced former President Donald Trump.”
The huge number of these voters defecting from the Democratic party in key battleground states could play a factor in the 2022 mid-terms and the 2024 presidential election.
“But nowhere is the shift more pronounced — and dangerous for Democrats — than in the suburbs, where well-educated swing voters who turned against Trump’s Republican Party in recent years appear to be swinging back. Over the last year, far more people are switching to the GOP across suburban counties from Denver to Atlanta and Pittsburgh and Cleveland,” the AP wrote. “Republicans also gained ground in counties around medium-size cities such as Harrisburg, Pennsylvania; Raleigh, North Carolina; Augusta, Georgia; and Des Moines, Iowa.”
A lack of direction by the Democratic Party is contributing to its slide. The AP report states:
Roughly four months before Election Day, Democrats have no clear strategy to address Biden’s weak popularity and voters’ overwhelming fear that the country is headed in the wrong direction with their party in charge. And while Republicans have offered few policy solutions of their own, the GOP has been working effectively to capitalize on the Democrats’ shortcomings.
Republicans benefited last year as suburban parents grew increasingly frustrated by prolonged pandemic-related schools closures. And as inflation intensified more recently, the Republican National Committee has been hosting voter registration events at gas stations in suburban areas across swing states like Arizona, Michigan, Nevada and Pennsylvania to link the Biden administration to record-high gas prices. The GOP has also linked the Democratic president to an ongoing baby formula shortage.
“Biden and Democrats are woefully out of touch with the American people, and that’s why voters are flocking to the Republican Party in droves,” RNC Chair Ronna McDaniel told AP. She predicted that “American suburbs will trend red for cycles to come” because of “Biden’s gas hike, the open border crisis, baby formula shortage and rising crime.”
Biden’s overall approval rating is dying, as 35 percent approve and 43 percent disapprove.
That gives him a net negative approval of -8 percent. Even so, that is still far better than his current RealClearPolitics spread, which sits at -15.1 as of last Monday.

This surge of Biden voters jumping ship, makes perfect sense in light of the skyrocketing energy costs, especially at the gas pump, food costs going through the roof, real estate costs, rentals up double digits, etc.
Nothing has really changed for voters, since James Carville, Bill Clinton’s main political strategist, so famously said in 1992; “It’s The economy, stupid.”
He even had a sign placed in the campaign headquarters of then-Governor Bill Clinton.
Carville is still being interviewed over his straightforward and common-sense assessment of the main concern voters have every 4 years. when choosing a president.
Turn out will once again be KEY this November 2022, and in 2024.
The rhetoric doesn’t mean much in the end, it’s the actual vote that counts.
Hopefully, there are a lot fewer fraudulent ballots dropped off in boxes this election cycle.
