Our nation’s founders took great pains to make sure the press would be free and not silenced by the government.
What is supposed to be a tool in keeping government officials accountable, has morphed into “fake news”, and instead of protecting the American citizen with well researched unbiased news has instead become a huge money-making industry, pushing propaganda.
With only 60 days before the general elections, things are not looking good for the Biden team as President Trump’s poll numbers are back up to pre-CV-19 figures.
President Trump is back up to a 52% approval rating in the latest Rasmussen poll, primarily because of the bump coming out of the RNC convention and the left’s support of the riots, ANTIFA and BLM.
In a line of “breaking stories”, based on information provided by anonymous sources only, the desperate left has chosen their next unverifiable hoax. This one attempts to create some mistrust between Trump and the military and will help fill up their television broadcast schedules.

Far-left journalist Jeffrey Goldberg posted a ridiculous hit piece on President Trump on Thursday in The Atlantic.
In the garbage report, Goldberg uses anonymous sources to accuse President Trump of disparaging US veterans and war heroes.
This was an ugly piece. One attack on President Trump for not attending a World War I cemetery in France was debunked years ago by the White House but Goldberg decided to run the smear anyway.
President Trump addressed the smears on Thursday night when returning from another massive campaign event in Pennsylvania.
President Trump denied the ridiculous reports saying the report was “unthinkable.”
The claims made in the Atlantic piece, using anonymous sources were immediately discredited by many “On The Record” sources.
Senior Adviser to the President, Stephen Miller, who was also present for the trip, described the story as a “despicable lie.”
“The president deeply wanted to attend the memorial event in question and was deeply displeased by the bad weather call,” he said in comments to the Washington Examiner.
Former Counselor to President Johnny DeStefano also denounced the story.
“I was on this trip. The Atlantic bit is not true. Period,” he wrote shortly on Twitter.
Former White House press secretary Sarah Sanders described the story as “total BS.”
“The Atlantic story on Donald Trump is total BS,” she wrote, “I was actually there and one of the people part of the discussion – this never happened.”
Sanders said she was “disgusted” by the attack published in the Atlantic, recalling the moments she witnessed President Trump meeting with veterans.
Mike Cernovich posted several tweets on this outrageous report.
How to spot a fake news story on Trump.
Notice how he talks past the lie. Classic liar’s tell. https://t.co/HATX6FBPSR

It’s interesting to see the Atlantic story play out. Definitely meant for a certain segment where Biden is losing support. Of course it’s false, but it doesn’t matter. You just have to RT enough times for people to believe. This is why the CCP built the firewall. The internet…

That should put this hoax to bed.
Make sure you share this with everyone and remind them President Trump has done more veterans than any other President in American history.
Fixing the VA and is bringing our troops home, not starting more conflicts.
All vets and patriots much vote to re-elect President Trump and vote (R) down-ticket in 60 days, for Liberty’s sake!
