More than 1,100 people have already been charged for their actions around the January 6, 2021 protests at the US Capitol.
The Biden administration’s corrupt Department of Justice has prosecuted them for various reasons including; “Trying to interfere with an official proceeding of the United States government”.
In what is disturbing to many, the DOJ continues to relentlessly pursue additional patriots who were also in DC on that infamous day.
Well, did another insurrection take place on Wednesday, October 18th?
On Wednesday Rep. Rashida Tlaib (D-MI) excited a crowd of pro-Palestinian protesters outside of the Capitol by spreading the false claim made by Hamas terrorists that Israeli bombed a hospital in Gaza killing 500 Palestinian civilians.
“We cannot continue to watch people think it’s okay to bomb a hospital with children,” she told the crowd through tears. “…And so I’m telling you right now, President Biden, not all America is with you on this one, and you need to wake up and understand that.”
“We are literally watching people commit genocide and killing a vast majority just like this, and we still stand by and say nothing. We will remember this,” the Semitic Palestinian lawmaker continued.
In addition, Tlaib told the protesters that they are “on the right side of history.” Those protesters were captured on video demanding a ceasefire that would benefit the Hamas terrorist organization in Gaza in a display that some observers likened to an “insurrection.”
“All of you, you need to know — I swear by my life, Allah — you are on the right side of history, you are. You’re doing everything possible to save lives. What is wrong with that? Stop it with trying to try to politicize it.”

Then the Pro-Palestinian protesters stormed the US Capitol.
The mob shut down the dome, disrupted the proceedings, chanted, ripped down pro-Israel signs, wandered the halls, and tussled with police.
They hung flags on the Capitol rails.

At one point the protesters shut down the official proceedings of the United States government.
A Pro-Palestinian Jew-hater named Huwaida Arif was arrested after she interrupted the Senate proceedings.
Rep. Ilhan Omar is also facing criticism from Republicans over similar comments Tuesday that Israel is to blame for the hospital explosion that day in Gaza as Israel denies fault.
As information about the hospital blast was initially being reported, Tlaib tweeted on Tuesday afternoon:

Your war and destruction only approach has opened my eyes and many Palestinian Americans and Muslims Americans like me. We will remember where you stood.”

Omar tweeted on Tuesday afternoon:
“Bombing a hospital is among the gravest of war crimes. The IDF reportedly blowing up one of the few places the injured and wounded can seek medical treatment and shelter during a war is horrific. @POTUS needs to push for an immediate ceasefire to end this slaughter.”

On Wednesday evening, Omar replied to her original post, writing that it was based on initial reports and adding that the Israel Defense Forces and U.S. say the hospital was not struck by Israel.
I believe the obvious question is: Should the DOJ prosecute those who raided the US Capital today, October 18th, 2023, as insurrectionists?
For equal justice to prevail the answer must be yes.
But since Biden’s Attorney General Merrick Garland is corrupt, compromised, and a partisan hack, those of us who believe in equal treatment for all must not plan on seeing any investigations of those who illegally occupied the Capitol today.
