No Justice – Parkland Mass Murder Avoids Death Penalty After Killing 17 People – DeSantis Responds (VIDEO)

No justice for 17 murdered students and their families!

On February 14th, 2018, crazed killer Nikolas Cruz fatally shot 17 students and teachers at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Florida.

Even though this monster was reported to the FBI years ago after he left a comment on a bail bondsman’s YouTube channel saying that he was going to be a “professional school shooter” Cruz was allowed to walk the streets.

The end result of the corrupt intelligence agency putting this mentally ill youth ahead of law abiding youth; mass murder.

In what is becoming the norm, snowflakes on juries are preventing the unanimous vote required for the death penalty to be carried out.

So even when all the evidence, motive, and pre-meditation is proven and agreed upon by the jurists, they can’t pull the trigger on full justice.

A Fort Lauderdale jury on Thursday spared Nikolas Cruz the death penalty and sent him to prison for life.

A judge will sentence Cruz to life in prison on November 1.

AP reported:

A jury spared Florida school shooter Nikolas Cruz from the death penalty Thursday for killing 17 people at a Parkland high school in 2018, sending him to prison for the remainder of his life in a decision that left many families of the victims angered, baffled and in tears.

Cruz, 24, pleaded guilty a year ago to murdering 14 students and three staff members, and wounding 17 others, at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School on Feb. 14, 2018.

The three-month trial to determine whether he should be executed included graphic videos and photos from the massacre and its aftermath, heart-wrenching testimony from victims’ family members and a tour of the still blood-spattered building. The jury rejected the death penalty after deliberating for about seven hours over two days.

Under Florida law, a death sentence requires a unanimous vote on at least one count. The jury found there were aggravating factors to warrant the death penalty for each victim, such as agreeing that the murders were “especially heinous, atrocious, or cruel.” But one or more jurors also found mitigating factors, such as untreated issues he had as a child. In the end, the jury could not agree that the aggravating factors outweighed the mitigating ones, so Cruz will get life without parole.
