King Biden – Considers Declaring National Public Health Emergency If Roe Overturned

In addition, leftists are directed to take to the streets, inciting violence, by starting or supporting groups like ANTIFA & Black Lives Matter.

Currently, they are illegally protesting outside of the homes of the conservative SCOTUS justices. One CA radical was caught on his way to assassinate Justice Kavanaugh and his family at home in the DC area.

The current panic within the Biden administration is over abortion access comes after the surprise leak of a Supreme Court majority draft opinion in Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization which would reverse the precedent in Roe legalizing abortion nationally.

If Roe is overturned, Biden says he might declare a public health emergency in response. It would try to shield doctors from legal liability for treating patients in a state where they are not licensed, according to a report in the New York Times.

The New York Times reported:

President Biden’s top aides are weighing whether he can or should take a series of executive actions to help women in Republican-controlled states obtain abortions if the Supreme Court eliminates a woman’s right to end her pregnancy, according to senior administration officials.

Some of the ideas under consideration include declaring a national public health emergency, readying the Justice Department to fight any attempt by states to criminalize travel for the purpose of obtaining an abortion, and asserting that Food and Drug Administration regulations granting approval to abortion medications pre-empt any state bans, the officials said.

Other ideas include allowing doctors practicing in states that ban abortions to perform them on federal sites, such as military bases.

Biden signaled his willingness to use executive action to blunt any state and local laws on abortion during an interview with ABC comedian/activist Jimmy Kimmel.

The president warned that overturning Roe v. Wade would cause a “mini-revolution” in the United States.

“It’s just ridiculous in my view and I don’t think the country will stand for it, but I think what we’re going to have to do, there’s some executive orders I could employ, we believe, we’re looking at that right now,” he said.

Biden’s staff appears more than willing to weaponize emergency and wartime executive powers on issues deemed essential by the far left wing of the party, and globalist organizations like The World Economic Forum.

On Wednesday, Biden threatened oil companies in a letter warning them he was considering using his emergency powers to force the industry to produce more gasoline in the United States.

Earlier this month, the president used the Defensive Production Act to suspend tariffs on solar panels, helping Chinese manufacturers, for two years to boost the solar industry.

In May, Biden invoked the Defense Production Act to try and address the infant formula shortage.
