Kari Lake Trial Update – Arizona County Elections Director Admits Printer Settings Were Switched On Election Day
Last week Kari Lake’s legal team requested to inspect some of the Maricopa County ballots cast on election day, November 8th, 2022.
During the Zoom call hearing, those representing the defendant Katie Hobbs became visibly uneasy about an idea.
Kari Lake’s team tweeted out the video clip.

Now we know why… they intentionally used the wrong sized ballots to sabotage Election Day

What they discovered in their inspection of the ballots convinced Maricopa County Superior Court Judge Peter Thompson to allow Lake’s trial against the Arizona Secretary of State to take place on Wednesday and Thursday.
REMINDER — the two images represent polling sites where tabulators malfunctioned on ED.
Malfunctions occurred in 64 total highly-partisan locations, considered overwhelmingly “Heavy R or Heavy D” areas.

72% of voters on Election Day were voting Republican, and Only 17% were Democrats.
The premise of Lake’s argument for why 17 out of 20 (84 percent) voting centers in heavy GOP voting precincts had problems with their machines rejecting ballots, was the county printed 19-inch ballots on 20-inch paper causing the ballots to be rejected by the calibrated scanners.
This caused chaos for tens of thousands of voters who became disfranchised from not being able to vote electronically or at all.
In what has thrown more fuel on the fire, the ballots were all printed at Runbeck Company, a printing corporation-run Arizona family that donates exclusively to Democrat candidates and causes.
On Thursday Scott Jarrett, the Maricopa County Elections Director admitted the printer settings were switched on Election Day to alter the ballot size.
Attorney Kurt Olson: “Is it your testimony that the printer set changes that led to the so-called “shrink to fit” issue was that done on Election Day?”
Maricopa County Elections Director Scott Jarrett: “That’s correct.”

Abe Hamadeh also pointed out that; “Katie Hobbs had the results of the recount illegally sent to her office for “reconciliation and accuracy” when it should have gone from the counties directly to the court. This is how Democrats operate. They openly violate the law.”

Following the court trial, Kari Lake spoke to reporters on Thursday outside of the courthouse.
Here is her statement.
I’m just going to make a quick statement. I am so incredibly proud of our amazing attorneys and staff that put this amazing case together. Historic case. We proved without a shadow of a doubt that there was malicious intent that caused disruption so great it changed the results of the election. I’m incredibly proud of both Brian Blem and Kurt Olsen, who led up this legal team.
We provided expert testimony. We provided experts. The other side brought in activists to try to save face. They admitted that they’ve known about these ballot problems. They’re ballot problems.
Now they’re trying to say that it’s been going on for three elections. Our elections are a mess in this country. And I am so happy to stand up and say, no longer will we as Americans put up with this. We demand fair, honest, transparent elections, and we will get them. And I pray so hard for this judge.
I think that he really took in all of that information. I think he listened very closely to what happened. And I am fighting for the people of Arizona, but not just for the people of Arizona. I’m fighting for the people of this country and for our future. If we don’t have honest elections where we decide who represents us, then we don’t have a country anymore.
And the defendants, their attorney said it in his closing statement. He said, we choose our rulers. Isn’t that telling? This was a selection, not an election. And we in America choose who represents us, and we will restore honest elections.
And I will never stop fighting. I will never stop up fighting. So thanks.

Judge Thompson said after both sides closing arguments that he would soon render his opinion but that it would not be before “five o’clock.”
Arizona regulations require the judge to rule on Lake’s case within 5 days.
