AZ Judge Tosses Kari Lake’s Election Lawsuit On Christmas Eve, Lake To Appeal

After her trial ended on Thursday, Kari Lake spoke to reporters outside of the courthouse.

“I’m just going to make a quick statement. I am so incredibly proud of our amazing attorneys and staff that put this amazing case together. Historic case. We proved without a shadow of a doubt that there was malicious intent that caused disruption so great it changed the results of the election. I’m incredibly proud of both Brian Blem and Kurt Olsen, who led up this legal team.”

“We provided expert testimony. We provided experts. The other side brought in activists to try to save face. They admitted that they’ve known about these ballot problems. They’re ballot problems.”

“Now they’re trying to say that it’s been going on for three elections. Our elections are a mess in this country. And I am so happy to stand up and say, no longer will we as Americans put up with this. We demand fair, honest, transparent elections, and we will get them. And I pray so hard for this judge.”

“I think that he really took in all of that information. I think he listened very closely to what happened. And I am fighting for the people of Arizona, but not just for the people of Arizona. I’m fighting for the people of this country and for our future. If we don’t have honest elections where we decide who represents us, then we don’t have a country anymore.”

“And the defendants, their attorney said it in his closing statement. He said, we choose our rulers. Isn’t that telling? This was a selection, not an election. And we in America choose who represents us, and we will restore honest elections.”

“And I will never stop fighting. I will never stop up fighting. So thanks.”

Unfortunately for Lake and her supporters the wheels of justice came to a screeching halt on Christmas Eve. The Arizona judge who heard the popular MAGA candidate’s election lawsuit against Democrat Katie Hobbs has ruled against her, dismissing the case.

Maricopa County Superior Court Judge Peter Thompson ruled that Kari Lake’s lawyers had not proven Maricopa officials committed any kind of misconduct.

Similar to former President Donald J. Trump who was denied justice in Arizona and five other states in 2020, Lake who was endorsed by Mr. Trump ‘lost’ to Hobbs by a questionable 17,000 votes in this year’s Arizona gubernatorial election, with voting irregularities being allowed to stand.

“My Election Case provided the world with evidence that proves our elections are run outside of the law. This Judge did not rule in our favor. However, for the sake of restoring faith and honesty in our elections, I will appeal his ruling.” Kari Lake said.

The election was already a concern for Lake’s campaign going into election day as Hobbs is the current Arizona Secretary of State. The debate-avoiding basement candidate chose to oversee her own election resisting multiple calls for her to recuse herself.

To summarize the case, vote tabulators across Maricopa County were not working on Election Day.

According to testimony from a cyber election expert, the ballots were rejected by the tabulators because they were 19-inch ballots on 20-inch paper.

42% of the ballots (48 out of 113 ballots) examined by investigators in the Arizona Election Challenge by Kari Lake were 19-inch ballots produced on 20-inch paper.

On Thursday Scott Jarrett, the Maricopa County Elections Director admitted the printer settings were switched on Election Day to alter the ballot size.

Attorney Kurt Olson: “Is it your testimony that the printer set changes that led to the so-called “shrink to fit” issue was that done on Election Day?”

Maricopa County Elections Director Scott Jarrett: “That’s correct.”

The ballots were all printed at Runbeck Company, a printing corporation run by a very liberal Arizona family who frequently donates to Democratic candidates and causes.

Unless something supernatural takes place, Lake’s appeal will be rejected.

Once again the will of the people has been rejected by election systems and equipment, not by the actual final vote tally.
