Breaking, Supreme Court Overrules Roe! Death States To Follow

In the midst of all the chaos taking place around the United States, from the White House to a rural outhouse, until earlier this year, the possibility that Roe v Wade would be overturned seemed unlikely.

Well, it just happened! The U.S. Supreme Court has overturned the highly divisive 1973 Roe v. Wade decision that legalized abortion across America.

On Friday, the SCOTUS surprised many by releasing their 6-3 decision before noon.

The legal justification for the court’s ruling is that abortion is not an explicitly protected right in the Constitution, and thus must be handled at the individual state level.

This is laid out in the 10th Amendment of The Constitution of the United States of America.

“The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.”

In its petition to the nation’s highest court to review the lower courts’ rulings, Mississippi questioned whether the Supreme Court’s precedents set by Roe v. Wade and Planned Parenthood v. Casey were constitutional, arguing, “The conclusion that abortion is a constitutional right has no basis in text, structure, history, or tradition.”

This highly anticipated decision follows a May leak of a majority draft opinion indicating the court would be overturning Roe.

It has led to protests across the nation, especially in front of the Supreme Court, which had security fences installed in preparation for expected violence.

Protests have also taken place in front of the conservative justice’s homes and have been used by a domestic terrorist group to justify attacks and to vandalize pro-life organizations, centers, and churches.

Associate Justice Samuel Alito wrote that Roe and a subsequent case, Planned Parenthood v. Casey, which upheld Roe, both must be overturned, and the right to allow, deny, or restrict the right to an abortion must reside with states.

“Roe was egregiously wrong from the start,” the opinion states. “We hold that Roe and Casey must be overruled. The Constitution makes no reference to abortion, and no such right is implicitly protected by any constitutional provision.”

As expected President Biden came out criticizing the Supreme Courts’ decision, which embarrassingly contained many factual errors in it.

Prior to today’s official announcement, several conservative states, in anticipation of the court overturning Roe and Casey, proactively passed laws that in effect banned all or nearly all abortions.

Liberal states, on the other hand, are expected to retain or even expand the “right” of the mother to determine if their baby lives or dies, possibly even post-birth.

Political leaders in California, New York, Illinois, Michigan, and others have already announced they will become death states, for women around the country to visit to have their children killed.

Radically left corporations have already added travel costs to their employee’s benefits packages, in the event they want to travel out of state for an abortion.

I believe our nation is irreparably divided, we are no longer the United States Of America.

I am sure states that are morally bankrupt are already creating their marketing plans in order to roll out the national campaigns. They will offer incentives for women to choose them to end their baby’s lives, and some may as go as far as to present themselves as a vacation gets away, with includes leaving the state with one less person in the end.
