Democratic Senator “Reverend” Raphael Warnock Deletes Heretical Tweet ‘We Are Able To Save Ourselves’
As with Barak Obama’s pastor, Jeremy Wright, Reverand Raphael Warnock, self-proclaimed Christian pastor, and head of Atlanta’s Ebenezer Baptist Church, has a history of teaching heresy and liberation theology.
After a still contested US Senatorial victory, now Sen. Raphael Warnock (D-GA) has been voting in lockstep with Majority Leader Chuck Schumer on a handful of bills that were in direct conflict with a Biblical Christian worldview.
As a pastor, he was a vocal supporter of the abortion holocaust and last week deleted a post, after being called out as heretical, from his non-government Twitter account. It is unclear whether the senator posted the tweet himself or if it was posted by a staff member.
“The meaning of Easter is more transcendent than the resurrection of Jesus Christ,” Warnock tweeted Sunday morning. “Whether you are Christian or not, through a commitment to helping others we are able to save ourselves.”
Attorney and devout Christian Jenna Ellis, along with thousands of others, expressed their disagreement with Warnock’s comments as they were in direct conflict with scripture.
Warnock deleted his heretical tweet.
He should delete Reverend in front of his name too. pic.twitter.com/6FYNG6LFZ1

“This is a false gospel and heresy. We cannot save ourselves. The absolute truth and only meaning of Easter that matters is the literal, physical resurrection of Jesus Christ, and we must accept Him as Lord and Savior. Read Romans, ‘Reverend’ Warnock. You are a false teacher,” tweeted former Donald Trump attorney, Jenna Ellis, in response to the tweet.
The Bible teaches for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God (Romans 3:23). The Scriptures make clear that no man is good enough through his works to save himself from the wrath to come (1 Thess. 1:10), and that he must be “born again” (John 3:1-21).
It is inexcusable for anyone claiming to be a follower of Christ to elevate sinful man’s ability to earn salvation thus minimizing what actually took place on the cross.
‘Reverend’ Warnock” is not qualified to be a pastor and should hang up his robes and hopefully loses his Senate re-election bid in 2022 also.
