BLM Rails Against Police & Biden: ‘Policing’ Is a ‘White Supremacist Institution’

For close to 10 years the radical social justice group Black Lives Matter (BLM) has been in the news, and darlings of woke millennials and younger generations.

BLM began with a social media hashtag, #BlackLivesMatter, after the acquittal of George Zimmerman in the shooting death of Trayvon Martin back in 2012. The movement grew nationally in 2014 after the deaths of Michael Brown in Missouri and Eric Garner in New York.

Following George Floyd’s death while in police custody in 2020, BLM organized anti-police riots, causing close to $2 billion dollars in damage.

With mounting support for the movement, including from multiple name brand corporations, political leaders in blue cities acquiesced to BLM’s call to “defund the police,” which became a popular campaign mantra for Democrats during and after the 2020 presidential election season.

Following Biden’s inauguration, and as progressive cities cut their police budgets, crime surged nationwide. As a result, murder rates in progressive-run cities like Los Angeles, Chicago, and Baltimore rose double digits in 2021.

In September 2020, BLM’s true beliefs become publically known leading the organization to scrub a page on its website that disparaged the “Western-prescribed nuclear family structure,”

The group, whose co-founder Patrisse Cullors has described herself and fellow co-founder Alicia Garza as “trained Marxists,” removed a page titled “What We Believe” that included its public policy positions as well as describing itself as part of the “global Black family” — a change first reported Monday by the Washington Examiner.

“We disrupt the Western-prescribed nuclear family structure requirement by supporting each other as extended families and ‘villages’ that collectively care for one another, especially our children, to the degree that mothers, parents, and children are comfortable,” the website formerly read.

Recently BLM has not been in the news for violence but for the misappropriation of funds from the founders instead, especially Cullors. Even progressive outlets are asking; Black Lives Matter Secretly Bought a $6 Million House, Allies and critics alike have questioned where the organization’s money has gone?

In an apparent attempt to refocus their hatred and get back in the news, trying to remain relevant for their remaining radical supporters, in a series of tweets, they railed against the “white supremacist” institution of “policing,”  its roots in “racism” and “slave patrolling.”

Following President Biden’s signing of an order intended to improve accountability in policing, the official Black Lives Matter (BLM) Twitter account, expressed outrage that policing still continues.

“Maintaining a white supremacist institution like policing costs Black lives,” the group wrote. “This continued commitment by politicians to support our killers makes them accessories to our demise.”

The pro-black group once again claimed that the very institution of policing is inherently rooted in racism.

According to the organization, Biden’s executive order “willfully ignores the inherently racist origins of policing & advances the same ideas over and over again as if somehow it will magically make old, outdated approaches work.”

“Halfway measures will not save our people from white supremacy and state violence,” it wrote.
