As a result his handlers are sure to provide Joe with note cards anytime he has to speak publicly or converse with a world leader, etc.

Joe Biden’s aides realized they had a problem last month when the president tripped over a sandbag — hard — at the Air Force Academy’s graduation ceremony.
Afterward, during a post-event recap, a few aides tried to figure out what may have gone wrong and how to make sure that such an embarrassing and dangerous incident “never happens again,” according to two people familiar with the discussion.

The reality is Joe Biden is corrupt, and physically and mentally unfit to serve as the United State’s Chief Executive Officer – The President. But in spite of all the evidence the deep state appears they will be sticking with basement Joe in his re-election bid.

Simple, Joe was able to win in 2020 without campaigning so his handers already have the game plan to repeat this election cycle too.
