Biden Admin Ignores Judge’s Ruling On Title 42, Opens Border Doors Wider!

For months the Biden administration publically confirmed their intention to let a Trump Era COVID regulation expire even though the border patrol and border cities have told the administration they could not handle the expected massive rush of illegals hitting at the same time.

As a point of reference, since March 2020, migrants have been expelled more than 1.9 million times from the U.S.-Mexico border under Title 42, which denies them an opportunity to request asylum, a right guaranteed by U.S. law and international refugee treaty, government figures show.

In response to a lawsuit brought by 20 plus conservative states, a Louisiana federal judge ruled that the CDC can’t end the Title 42 rule that allows for the quick expulsion of migrants.

In defiance of the judge’s order, the administration, globalists who are funding the migrations and illegal aliens themselves, are moving forward as hundreds of thousands of the formally turned-away migrants are starting to stream into the interior of our nation.

Busloads of single male migrants arrived at a Mission, Border Hope nonprofit in Eagle Pass, Texas on Monday, where they will receive shelter and food before they travel to their final destination within the U.S.

Executive Director of the non-profit Valeria Wheeler, 35, told DailyMail.com that they house migrants released from Border Patrol until they can transport them to the bus station or airport in San Antonio, Texas, which is about 2.5 hours away.

When asked how many migrants they see each day, Wheeler said: ‘500 – sometimes a little bit less.

Meanwhile, Republican Texas Governor Greg Abbott is sending a message to migrants trying to cross into the U.S. from Mexico that they will be met with force – making clear with a fleet of Humvees and armed National Guard soldiers that the state is still enforcing Title 42.

Authorities expected to see a massive influx of migration Monday, but so far the crossing pints in Eagle Pass, Texas are relatively quiet except for patrolling helicopters and fan boats on the Rio Grande River, as well as dozens of Border Patrol trucks and camouflage and camel-colored Army Humvees caravanning through the town and along the border.

Just five miles down the road from the river where hundreds of migrants cross each day, the non-profit Mission: Border Hope, which houses released migrants, received busloads of single male migrants that were released by Border Patrol into the U.S. the same day Title 42 was meant to expire.

After processing, hundreds every day are still released from CBP custody despite Title 42 allowing for the deportation of asylum-seekers without hearing their claims. Many released turn to NGOs and charities before traveling elsewhere in the U.S.

Former Trump administration officials are recommending that Abbott declares an invasion by invoking two clauses in the Constitution. One clause says that the U.S. government shall protect states from invasion, while another says states cannot engage in war except when “actually invaded.”

This makes sense from a state’s point of view but the Supreme Court has been consistent in leaving border enforcement with the federal government.

In a 2012 case arising from Arizona’s “papers, please” law, the Supreme Court affirmed that states cannot set immigration policy.

“Arizona may have understandable frustrations with the problems caused by illegal immigration … but the state may not pursue policies that undermined federal law,” wrote Justice Anthony Kennedy in the majority opinion.

Other immigration lawsuits by states relying on the “invasion clause” have likewise failed in lower courts. Were Abbott to declare an invasion, his plan would be struck down by the courts as well.
