A Man Must Steward His Time
The goal this week is to stop letting time disappear through distraction, passivity, and poor priorities — and begin using your days with wisdom.
⚔️ Weekly Focus
Time is one of the clearest places where a man’s priorities are revealed. What you repeatedly give your time to will shape your life, your home, your faith, and your future.
A faithful man does not drift through his days. He learns to number them, order them, and use them with wisdom before God.
This week is about identifying where time is being wasted and making intentional changes that reflect biblical priorities.
📖 Scripture Focus
Psalm 90:12
Teach us to number our days, that we may gain a heart of wisdom.
Ephesians 5:15–16
Walk carefully, not as unwise but as wise, making the best use of the time.
Proverbs 16:3
Commit your work to the Lord, and your plans will be established.
🔥 Reflection Questions
• Where is my time currently being wasted?
• What distractions repeatedly pull me away from what matters?
• What priority do I say matters but rarely schedule?
• What would my calendar reveal about my spiritual seriousness?
✅ Practical Action Step
Choose ONE time stewardship adjustment this week:
- Set a fixed time for Bible reading and prayer
- Limit phone or social media use
- Plan your next day before bed
- Schedule intentional time with your family
- Block focused work time
- Remove one recurring time-wasting habit
Do not merely say something matters. Put it on your schedule and protect it.
⚡ Weekly Challenge
For 7 days, steward your time intentionally:
- Plan tomorrow before the day begins
- Protect one daily spiritual priority
- Track one major distraction honestly
- Remove or restrict one time-wasting habit
- Review each night where your time actually went
A man who refuses to govern his time will eventually be governed by urgency, distraction, and regret.
