Roles & Leadership
Day 3: Rebuild
Roles & Leadership
Healthy marriages thrive when both spouses understand biblical responsibility, servant leadership, mutual honor, sacrifice, and partnership before God.
Leadership Begins With Service
Biblical leadership inside marriage is not about superiority, domination, pride, selfishness, or control. It is about responsibility, sacrifice, humility, protection, provision, gentleness, wisdom, and Christlike love.
Healthy partnership also requires honor, support, communication, respect, and shared commitment from both spouses.
When leadership becomes passive, harsh, selfish, fearful, controlling, disconnected, or resentful, trust and unity begin to weaken.
This lesson helps couples recover healthier responsibility, partnership, and servant-hearted leadership patterns.
