How We Drift

The Marriage Reset

Day 1: Foundation

How We Drift

Most marriages do not collapse suddenly. Distance usually grows slowly through neglect, distraction, exhaustion, unresolved hurt, lack of communication, and loss of intentional connection.

Day 1 • Lesson 3 of 3

Begin Lesson

Drift Usually Happens Quietly

Very few couples intentionally decide to become emotionally distant, disconnected, resentful, or isolated from one another.

More often, drift happens slowly through busy schedules, stress, unresolved conflict, poor communication, emotional exhaustion, unspoken disappointment, lack of quality time, spiritual neglect, and small unhealthy habits repeated over time.

Many couples do not recognize how far they have drifted until the distance already feels overwhelming.

This lesson is about identifying those patterns honestly before deeper disconnection takes root.
